TO OUR CUSTOMERS

SA Consumer Products has an absolute commitment to our customers’ privacy and safety. It is our stance that access to our In-Home Secure Storage products should be strictly that of the rightful owner.  Our customers can be assured that our electronic locks do not have manufacturer override codes.  In addition, we will never ask for a customer’s specific access code. Our customers can also request personal information be removed from our registration and service request database. SA Consumer Products does not support access requests from any outside agencies including warrants or subpoenas issued to our customers. In the event that SA Consumer Products is ever served directly, SA will consult our legal counsel for advice in determining an appropriate course of action.
